At SeoulCart, we ensure every order is carefully processed, packed, and shipped using trusted courier partners to deliver your purchase safely and efficiently.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Shipping Within India

We currently ship across India using reliable courier partners.

Shipping Options

1. Blue Dart – Express (Air)

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 1–2 business days

    • Rest of India: 2–4 business days

  • Recommended for faster delivery

2. DHL – Surface (Ground)

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days

  • Suitable for non-urgent deliveries

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49 COD fee

  • COD is available on select pincodes only

Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS and email

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier operations

  • Weather conditions

  • Regional restrictions

  • Strikes or unforeseen circumstances

SeoulCart is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.

Address & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate

  • Address changes are not possible once the order is dispatched

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect details or unavailability may result in return-to-origin (RTO)

Undelivered / RTO Orders

  • Orders returned due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address may not be eligible for reshipment

  • Any additional reshipping cost, if approved, must be borne by the customer

International Shipping

Currently, international shipping is not available, unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.

SeoulCart reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
The policy applicable at the time of order placement will be considered final.
