At SeoulCart, we curate premium products sourced from trusted international and domestic partners. Each order is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.

Returns
We do not offer returns for reasons such as:

Difference in personal expectation

Delay caused by courier or external factors
Due to the nature of our products and logistics, all sales are final, except in the cases mentioned below.
Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund
You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

You receive a wrong product, or

You receive a damaged or defective product
Reporting an Issue
To raise a request, you must:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Share a clear unboxing video (from sealed package to product)

Share clear images showing the issue
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Resolution Process
Once your request is approved:

We will arrange a replacement, or

Issue a refund, depending on stock availability
The decision of replacement or refund rests with SeoulCart.
Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Amount will be credited to the original payment method

For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer
Important Notes

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear & tear are not eligible

Slight variations in color or packaging due to lighting or batch differences are not considered defects

International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds
Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

Cancellation requests before dispatch are subject to approval
